That looks like a FLIR hanging from the Customs helicopter. Probably has IR night vision plus a nice color video camera. Have you ever considered one for the FPB? Great photos.

Normally, on a stable surface, ISO 100 and 250th at F11 to F8 works pretty well. The body is a Canon 7D, so 1.6 sensor multiplier. Hi Phil:
