Great for offshore roaming types. Phone cost looks like $1500US for the handset, which accepts on-line data. I don&#8217;t have info about operating costs. I know there are a bunch of handsets laying around and I&#8217;ll bet they offer them a lot cheaper at some point. Also, rates are now supposed to be $1.50\/minute from anywhere.
