Here is a photo we, Circa, and the four sets owners have been waiting for – Avatar, the first of four FPB 64s at anchor.

The process of creating a vessel like this is demanding, intense, and requires long hours of effort on the part of everyone concerned.

It has been four years since we first started seriously working on the design variants which lead to this moment. Circa entered the fray two and a half years ago, and the Owners of the first series of FPB 64s came onboard two years ago.

Seeing Avatar at anchor for the first time, makes the effort of the last four years worthwhile.

Yesterday Avatar made the journey down the Hatea River to a marina close to Whangarei Heads and the Pacific Ocean. Today she will feel the lift of the sea for the first time. Everyone is looking forward to the experience.
