According to the long range weather gurus at Colorado State University, the conditions for a very active season are strengthening. These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Warmer than normal sea surface temperature.<\/li>\n<li>Weaker Atlantic trade winds reducing wind shear.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthening La Nina in the Pacific<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div>Bottom line, have a hurricane hole picked out, stock up with rope, chafe gear, and ground tackle.
