The production process \u00a0is rolling at Circa, and there are some details to share including a short video.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" src=\"http:\/\/api.smugmug.com\/services\/embed\/1292102765_k8FqGkV?width=640&#038;height=480\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nThe computer controlled plasma cutter provides a high degree of accuracy, which translates to repeatability, and efficiency. The cabinet makers can rely on the tboats being similar. Tolerances are actually tighter than with production fiberglass yachts built with conventional resins. It makes a difficult piece of engineering look neat.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"FPB64-5-6-update-1010.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/setsail.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/FPB64-5-6-update-1010.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"FPB64-5-6-update-1010.jpg\" width=\"576\" height=\"430\" \/><\/p>\n<p>While the fabricators are at work \u00a0on the metal side of the factory, the &#8220;chippies&#8221; (carpenters) are moving right along as well.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"FPB64-5-6-update-1021.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/setsail.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/FPB64-5-6-update-1021.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"FPB64-5-6-update-1021.jpg\" width=\"576\" height=\"362\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Those of you who have seen these boats in the flesh, or studied the interior photos, will know the \u00a0high standard to which these men hold themselves.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"FPB64-5Furniture-starts-106.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/setsail.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/FPB64-5Furniture-starts-106.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"FPB64-5Furniture-starts-106.jpg\" width=\"576\" height=\"397\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The most complex item in the interior is the fridge\/freezer cabinet. The inner section is lined in stainless steel, then insulated with isocyanurate foam, wrapped in Mylar film, and sealed in a box, which you see here. The outer shell, which is the part in view, comes next.
