I know Hartley boats but I would like to contact other designers that have plans to be made in Ferrocement. Do you know any? Our advice is to use a different material, of you are going to custom build. The hull is only 20% of the total cost and ferrocement is not a good material when you are aground. There&#8217;s a section on materials, and ferrocement in our Offshore Cruising Encyclopedia.
