We like to have enough for at least four changes. We assume that the FPB 64 will carry the following as a minimum:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Four 20 liter containers of engine\/tranny\/genset oil (they will all use the same) and another eight four liter containers.<\/li>\n<li>20 liters of spare hydraulic oil.<\/li>\n<li>12 liters of Deere coolant.<\/li>\n<li>An empty 20 liter container for the first oil change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These items could be stored in the basement, but it is more convenient to store the majority of them under the swim step in the engine room in this area between the reinforcing structure, and in the next bay forward.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A cruising yacht needs to carry lots of lube and sometimes hydraulic oil.
