Hello all, We are in process of adding a/c to our Sundeer. We would really appreciate hearing from any current or past Sundeer owners as to the design and installs of any a/c systems aboard. We don’t need it, but our friends seem to.

Hi Wayne:

There are lots of trade offs to air conditioning. Our own preference is to have lots of Dorade vents, deck hatches and awnings to protect them, and to swing at anchor. And if the guests cannot adjust, then get them a hotel room. The preceding applies to sail. Now that we are testing the dark side we like the air con. But not enough to take the space and weight hit with sail.
