Hi Tom: The marine business is a tough place to make a living–most who try do it because they like fooling with boats. Best to make your money elsewhere and keep boats as a hobby! Professional Boatbuilder magazine (http://www.proboat.com) often has help-wanted ads, as does the e-list “Scuttlebutt” (join-scuttlebutt@listsrv.boats.com). Good Luck–Steve
