Poole Interlude

With the power of our new slide show server we are going to test something new.  A simple slide show of what catches our attention, in this case at anchor for three days in the backwaters of Poole Harbor. No distracting commentary.

All of these images can be viewed full screen by clicking on the icon bottom right.

Tell us what you think. Do you prefer smaller images and descriptions or just the higher res photos?

Naturally, we want it all! Seriously, is it possible to add the descriptions with the full size photos? If not, my preference would be to have the full size photos. Your pictures are stunning! At times you discuss your camera equipment which is appreciated but it would also be nice to hear a little about the software you are using to manage/edit/include these pictures in your blog. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the kind words. When we get caught up and have some spare time we’ll do a plog on processing. We sort, and do some processing in Lightroom. Depending on the image we may then switch to Photoshop. A key element here is a series of filters which work in PS made by NIK Software.
