A preview of Staniel Cay and Warderick Wells in the Bahamas – a top ten pick for the Dashews after 30+ years of cruising.

We are in spectacular cruising country, with wonderful images to convey. However, bandwidth is impaired and rather than wait for the next wifi connection, we are sending this preview via Iridium (slow).

Staniel Cay is part of the Exuma National Park. So, no fishing. The inhabitants of this grotto are as curious about us as we are about them, and friendly, as are the Bahamians who live above sea-level.

We’d heard that Warderick Wells is a anchorage of wondrous beauty. We’ll let you judge for yourself. In its own special way, for us a top ten pick from 30+ years of cruising.
More to follow – video and stills – when bandwidth allows.
