Many SetSailors have been writing in to inquire as to Circa and FPB’s experience of yesterday’s massive earthquake.

The above image shows the direct impact resulting from the 7.8 quake and subsequent tsunami, mostly affecting the northern part of New Zealand’s South Island. Although there have been rippling earthquakes across the country, everything up around Whangarei stayed tame.

We want to send our well wishes to all affected by the quakes and tsunami, and hope for a very speedy recovery!
